SSM Health is seeking a dedicated RN-Administrative Supervisor Nights to join our team. The RN-Administrative Supervisor Nights is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our care standards during the night shift, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered consistently. Oversee the nursing staff and manage the operations of hospital units during assigned shifts. Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of nursing care. Monitor patient care for quality, collaborating with healthcare team members and departments to provide optimal patient outcomes. Provide leadership in emergency situations and serve as a liaison between night staff and hospital administration. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and professional development of nursing staff. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make quick and accurate decisions. In-depth knowledge of health care regulations and hospital policies. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
