The Gellman Team is searching for a Real Estate Sales Trainer who brings deep transactional knowledge and a passion for education, communication, and service. This role isn't just about knowing contracts-it's about empowering others to master them and equipping agents with the tools they need to succeed each day. You'll lead dynamic group training sessions, onboard new agents, provide one-on-one guidance, and be the go-to expert for those who want to sharpen their skills and grow their confidence.



Whether it's demystifying disclosures, clarifying contingencies, or coaching through tough client conversations, you'll be the trusted resource agents rely on to close with confidence.

Compensation: $75,000+ ($40,000 base plus overrides based on metrics/KPI's).

Full-Time Employees are eligible for the Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k) after 60 days of employment.

This is a full-time position. Part-time opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities:
--- Properly onboarding new agents
--- Delivering comprehensive training sessions, including MLS, field training, CRM usage, and contract training
--- Conducting thorough Training Needs Assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
--- Enhancing and refining our training curriculum, materials, and resources based on identified needs
--- Delivering engaging training sessions through various formats, such as classroom-style, workshops, and virtual sessions
--- Employing a diverse range of training techniques to captivate participants and maximize their learning outcomes
--- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through comprehensive assessments and valuable feedback
--- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content delivery
--- Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in training and development
--- Continuously improving training methodologies and materials based on valuable feedback and evaluation results

Qualifications:
--- Active Real Estate license
--- Demonstrated success in closing multiple transactions
--- Comfort and proficiency in utilizing technology within the real estate industry
--- Exceptional communication skills and a natural affinity for building relationships with people
--- In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts
--- A passion for lifelong learning and personal development
