Responsibilities Include: Meet with supervisor daily to determine production schedule Identify and use correct raw chemical materials to bring a production batch into grade specification Regularly communicate with the supervisor the status of a batch in process Monitor raw materials and report when ordering is needed Monitor finished goods to inform the blending production schedule and build inventory to stocking level Train new associates in oil blending Train associates in filing, labeling, and all department procedures Provide input for quality control about processes for making oil blends when requested Unload-load necessary tankers Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately Report any spills or leaks that could cause a potential accident or affect the environment Keep work area clean Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office Demonstrate ability to manage time Pay close attention to small details that could impact results Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
