with lamination REQUIRED) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Bakery Production Lead to oversee our culinary team in a fast-paced
high quality bakery/cafe environment. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in food preparation, baking, and customer
service, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. As a Bakery
Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our
products meet the highest standards while fostering a positive and
productive work atmosphere. Responsibilities - Supervise daily
kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling
standards. - Lead and train team members in food preparation
techniques, including baking, cake decorating and cooking. -
Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and
ensure timely completion of orders. - Maintain inventory levels of
ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. - Monitor
product quality throughout the production process, making
adjustments as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service by
addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Ensure
cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to
health regulations. Qualifications - Proven experience in a
culinary role, with strong skills in baking, dough lamination, food
preparation, and cake decorating. - Excellent knowledge of food
handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. - Strong
leadership abilities with experience in supervising or training
staff. - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to
communicate effectively with team members and clients. -
Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment, including knives
and baking machinery. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure
while maintaining high-quality standards. - A passion for culinary
arts and a commitment to continuous improvement within the kitchen
environment.
