Job Description Job Description About the Position We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast?paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities • Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude • Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system • Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas • Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines • Work collaboratively with team members, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for service, hospitality, and professionalism Qualifications • Previous serving experience preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure • Positive attitude and team?oriented mindset • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol (if applicable)
