Job Description:

A compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physician is required to provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role involves delivering high-quality care across a broad range of primary care needs, with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and providing preventive health education. The physician will also play a key role in coordinating patient care through referrals to specialists and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

The position requires maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include participating in on-call coverage as needed, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting clinical protocols and care delivery systems.

The role also offers opportunities to mentor and supervise medical students, residents, and other healthcare trainees, as well as contribute to continuing education and clinical development activities within the practice.
