Registered Nurse (RN) | Wound/Ostomy Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,392 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Wound Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Wound Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid State License Required Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: - Hospital experience - Skills in colostomy care and management - Skills in continence skin care management - Experience with stoma care and management - Assessment and management of various types of wounds - Patient and family education Description: This position involves working four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. There are no night shifts, holidays, or on-call requirements. Weekend coverage is required every six weeks. The role requires collaboration with other departments for patient care. Candidates will be responsible for wound assessment, measurement, staging, and treatment. Experience with wound care recommendations and orders is essential. Education related to ostomy site marking and teaching is also necessary. Successful candidates will provide family and patient education. The position requires the ability to walk the entire campus during the shift. Candidates must be able to escalate assessment concerns as needed.
