Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Orthopedic Location: Springfield, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,236 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Orthopedics Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must have active state license to apply Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Telemetry experience preferred. Required IV therapy and Phlebotomy skills/experience: PICC line management, starting IVs. Description: Position for an Ortho RN on a 38-bed unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Required to work every other weekend. No call required. Will float to other medical-surgical departments as needed. Candidates must not have more than 5 days of requested time off. Client may call-off up to 36 hours per assignment without compensation for the canceled hours. Telemetry experience is preferred along with required skills in IV therapy and Phlebotomy. Candidates must have experience with PICC line management and starting IVs. Previous travel experience is preferred. No pending licenses will be accepted. Candidates must have an active state license at the time of application. Floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals is required. Candidates must be prepared to complete compliance needs in a timely manner and adhere to attendance expectations throughout the assignment. Candidates should check for additional modules on the first day of the assignment. Allied clinicians that do not require a state license must arrive for fingerprinting.
