Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Springfield, IL Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,000 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description (JD): Provide care for patients requiring higher monitoring than Med/Surg Monitor cardiac, respiratory, and other vital signs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on care and recovery Requirements Requirements (Req): Active RN license in the state of practice BLS and ACLS certifications required 1–2 years of PCU, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience preferred Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills Ability to work required shifts, including nights/weekends Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
