The RN Charge will play a crucial role in managing our nursing unit operations while promoting SSM Health's mission to deliver comprehensive health services across the Midwest. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for patient care, and a clear understanding of clinical practices and regulations. Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by the nursing staff. Ensure compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates. Manage scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation effectively. Mentor and supervise nurses, fostering a collaborative and professional environment. Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Maintain excellent patient care standards and strive for high patient satisfaction. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of best practices in nursing Proficiency with healthcare management systems Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
