Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and skilled RN-Infusion/Specialty to join
our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality
care and specialized infusion treatments to patients across a range
of conditions. Working in a supportive and resource-rich
environment, the successful candidate will be integral in
implementing our patient-centric approach to healthcare, aligning
with our mission to serve communities through a comprehensive
healthcare network. Administer infusion and specialty medications
according to patient-specific treatment plans. Monitor patient
responses to therapies and communicate relevant information to the
healthcare team. Maintain detailed patient records and ensure
compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate patients and
their families about treatment processes and healthcare management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs
and coordinate care plans. IV therapy administration Patient

Certification in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) preferred BLS
