This individual will play a key role in providing expert radiological imaging services tailored for children, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. Our Pediatric Radiology Techs are essential in diagnosing and managing patient care with compassion and precision, utilizing the latest in radiological technology to assist medical teams in treatment planning. Perform radiological procedures specifically for pediatric patients. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards. Prepare and safely position children for radiological procedures. Collaborate with radiologists to determine the appropriate imaging techniques. Maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions. Educate families about the procedures to ensure understanding and comfort. Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and standards. Proficient in using radiographic equipment. Strong understanding of radiology protocols and pediatric needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the state of practice.
