Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,134 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CVICU License: Pending license accepted at manager's discretion Certifications: ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Description: Cross posting! Will accept 3x12s or 4x12s. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend required. Clinicians will float within scope to meet facility needs. Candidates must be more than 70 miles from facility to be accepted. Return to office restrictions must be submitted with the application. Additional requests after confirmation are at the manager’s discretion. Special requirements include Epic charting experience. Unit details: Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support provided by various services. Patient diagnoses include cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, transplant, vascular, and medical conditions. Special procedures in the unit consist of invasive monitoring, central lines, chest tubes, and other critical care activities. Candidates should possess skills in managing complex patient needs, including advanced cardiac support and ventilator management. Successful candidates will exhibit strong clinical judgment and the ability to work in a high-stress environment.
