Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,978 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63141! Job Title: RN - TELE Profession: RN Specialty: Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of Tele experience required License: Current RN License Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Team player - Strong communication skills - Focused on positive patient outcomes Description: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups. Includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments. Optimizes patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation. Follows established nursing practice guidelines. Adheres to the nursing practice act. Upholds the code of conduct and values. Meets service standards in patient care. Patient ratios typically 4-6:1. Equipped with standard nursing equipment in the tele unit. Utilizes electronic medical records for documentation. Typical patient population consists of medical and tele patients. Weekend and holiday work may be required as scheduled. Requested time off can be automatically approved for up to 5 days. Further time off requests will be subject to approval. Candidates are expected to exhibit flexibility with floating per unit needs. Prior experience and ability to adapt to changing patient care scenarios are essential.
