Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process
to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for
provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates
the patient care with surgical team in collaboration with other
departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of
patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a
manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service
Standards. Position Details: Join Mercy St Louis Hospital Operating
Room Seeking Experienced OR RNs $7,500 Sign On Bonus for
Experienced OR Nurse Who We Are: The Main Operating Room is a Level
1 Trauma Center and Burn Center, providing surgical care to
patients of all ages, including pediatrics. We have 27 Operating
Rooms with 7 specialty teams, including general surgery,
gynecologic surgery, urologic surgery, robotics, ENT, orthopedic
surgery, and neurosurgery. We have 4 state-of-the-art robots at
Mercy. We offer comprehensive training to include all service
lines. Our training for nurses includes orientation to both the
circulating and scrub roles at Mercy. Proposed Schedule: Three 12s,

Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school License:
current RN license in the state of Missouri. Certifications: BLS
