active state license BC or BE required Weekdays, Days, Call,
Weekend call ACLS and BLS required 14 - 16 patients per day in
clinic, 12 - 20 patients per day for rounding and consults Coronary
interventional, caths, general inpatient rounding and consults
Credentialing needed DEA needed Paid malpractice insurance;
