Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job: RN – PACU Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: 08/04/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: - Nights, 3x12s (19:00–07:30) - No weekends, no call, no holidays Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of Level 1 Trauma ICU experience REQUIRED - Must also have PACU/recovery experience - BLS and ACLS required - EPIC charting experience preferred - Will need to pass Relias EKG exam Unit Details: - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (38 bays) - Avg. daily census: 70–90 patients - Patient ratios ~1:2 (pre-op may be 1:3) - Float required within scope (ICU, main PACU, PCU, MS, ER holding) - High acuity PACU: patients may require vents, ICP monitoring, transfusions, vasoactive drips - Surgical cases: neuro, ENT, plastics, ortho, trauma, general, vascular, GYN, urology, transplant, IR (no open heart/liver transplants) - Unit open 24/7 Facility Highlights: - Magnet & teaching hospital - Level I Trauma Center - EPIC charting About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
