Job Description:
Job: RN – PACU Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: 08/04/2025
Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: Nights, 3x12s (19:00–07:30) No
weekends, no call, no holidays Requirements: Minimum 2 years of
Level 1 Trauma ICU experience REQUIRED Must also have PACU/recovery
experience BLS and ACLS required EPIC charting experience preferred
Will need to pass Relias EKG exam Unit Details: Post Anesthesia
Care Unit (38 bays) Avg. daily census: 70–90 patients Patient
ratios ~1:2 (pre-op may be 1:3) Float required within scope (ICU,
main PACU, PCU, MS, ER holding) High acuity PACU: patients may
require vents, ICP monitoring, transfusions, vasoactive drips
Surgical cases: neuro, ENT, plastics, ortho, trauma, general,
vascular, GYN, urology, transplant, IR (no open heart/liver
transplants) Unit open 24/7 Facility Highlights: Magnet & teaching
hospital Level I Trauma Center EPIC charting SR
