TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Belleville, Illinois, 62226! Pay Information $2,362 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: - Cardiac drip management experience - Sheath pulls experience - Central line management experience Description: This position involves working on a high-risk cardiology floor. You will manage cardiac drips and care for TAVR and post CABG/VATS patients. Bedside shift report is required every shift. You will cover all aspects of patient care and perform hourly rounding on all assigned patients. The patient-to-nurse ratio is between 1:5-6. Every other weekend work is required. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. Travelers must be willing to float within the scope of the facility's needs. Flu vaccine is required unless a medical or religious exemption is provided. References may be required at the time of submission. Experience with EPIC charting is necessary for this position. Candidates will float within their service line and may float to affiliate hospitals as needed. No medical marijuana cards accepted. Visitors must not have background hits such as DUIs. Permanent employees must wait one year before returning as travelers.
