The role requires a minimum of one year of inpatient acute care experience in Med Surg and Neuro. Nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Patient ratios on the unit are 1:5-6. Equipment usage will include FIT testing, and familiarity with EMR systems is necessary. Occasional charge nurse responsibilities will be expected. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a compassionate approach to patient care. Dress code includes black scrubs, with specific attire guidelines to be followed.
