Job Description:
First Line Quality Manager – Precision Strike Company: The
Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an
exciting opportunity for a First Line Quality Manager to support
the Precision Strike Quality team in Saint Charles, MO! The First
Line Quality Manager will be hands-on and focused on day-to-day
quality assurance and process control in weapons production and
test activities. Manages frontline quality inspectors and
technicians, implements inspection plans and work instructions, and
ensures timely resolution of production issues to meet schedule and
safety targets. Collaborates closely with manufacturing, test, and
engineering to implement corrective actions and sustainable process
improvements. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees
performing quality inspection, engineering and technical activities
on or in support of programs through all phases of the product
lifecycle Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new
business acquisition and execution of program/business plans
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System Acquires and
manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads
performance improvements Develops and maintains relationships and
partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners,
suppliers and direct reports Oversees review of technical
information to ensure quality and producibility Manages, develops
and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience in Root Cause Corrective
Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) 3
years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing
environment 3 years of experience with MESci 1 years’ experience
leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
Experience developing or working with compliance processes and/or
controls Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment,
with strict deadlines Experience working collaboratively with cross
functional partners, including Engineering, Operations, etc.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s
Degree or higher 1 years of experience with team building,
developing and motivating employees 1 years of experience working
with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Department of
Defense (DOD) contracts 1 years of experience leading key process,
quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Conflict of

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $123,250
– $166,750 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not
