your future with us. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is
seeking a Lead Ground Systems Analysis, Integration and Test
Engineer (Level 4) to support an Air Dominance Fixed Wing
Proprietary Program in St. Louis, MO. Step into a fast-paced,
cutting-edge program where your expertise will drive the design,
integration, and testing of advanced, cloud-based systems that
empower mission planning, debrief, and tactical Command & Control
(C2) solutions for fixed-wing platforms. As a key contributor, you
will lead the development, analysis, integration, and testing of
innovative engineering solutions for critical Ground System
capabilities, including but not limited to: - Mission Planning and
Debrief - Command and Control Systems - Network and Communication
Architectures - Situational Awareness Enhancements You will take
ownership of developing prioritized mission systems digital
threads, ensuring seamless support for ground systems from initial
design through to final delivery. You will work with a
high-performing, cross-functional team in an agile environment,
driving next-generation capabilities from design through delivery.

significant impact. Position Responsibilities - Work with customers
to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system
requirements for Ground Systems - Analyze and translate
requirements into system, hardware and software designs and
interface specifications - Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering
(MBSE) tools to document designs and provide traceability to
project requirements - Test and validate to ensure system designs
meet operational and functional requirements - Solve problems
concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and
software over the entire product lifecycle - Research specific
technology advances for potential application to company business
needs Domestic travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): - Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical,
Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science,
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
directly related to the work statement - Level 4: 9 years of
work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR 7 years of
work-related experience with a Masters OR 3 years of work-related
experience with a PhD - 5 years of experience in systems
engineering design - Experience with Model Based Systems
Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as CAMEO/MSOSA - Experience
developing and decomposing system and subsystem requirements -
Proficient in creating technical documentation and diagrams (e.g.,
system performance specifications, interface control documents, and
supplier statement of work) - Ability to work collaboratively in a
multi-disciplinary team environment - History operating in Agile
development environments and tool suites (JIRA/Confluence) - Strong
communication skills and experience interfacing with customer
counterparts Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and
Experience): - Integration and test experience in lab environments,
field testing, and flight testing. - Strong RF and hardware
knowledge - Knowledge of current military radio, modems, and
antennas for Line of Sight and SATCOM applications. This position
is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
