Partner with lead teachers to deliver meaningful learning
experiences Build strong relationships with children, families, and
teammates Plan hands-on activities that inspire curiosity,
creativity, and growth Model kindness, positivity, and
professionalism in everything you do Schedule Monday – Friday,
approximately 8 hours/day Shifts between 7 am - 5:30 pm
(Rotation-based) Requirements: Experience & Education: 1 year in
early childhood education; high school diploma required. CDA or
Associate’s preferred. Physical Ability: Lift/carry 40 lbs
regularly. Communication: Effectively engage with children,
families, and the team. Patience & Empathy: Respond with care and
understanding. Creativity : Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate
activities. Organization: Manage lessons, materials, and classroom
routines. Adaptability: Flexible to changing needs and situations.
