Our maintenance team is responsible for the upkeep and repair of district facilities including maintaining a mechanical, electrical and other general maintenance areas in the district. An individual who holds this position is required to: General maintenance duties as assigned by Director of Operations Perform various maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, plumbing and facility repairs. Perform general labor inside and outside the physical plant including handling materials and supplies, moving equipment and operating power-driven equipment Drive district vehicles and equipment such as mowers Assist with maintaining seasonal grounds work such as snow, ice and leaf removal and lawn care. Assisting with athletic field set up/maintenance. Assisting with facility setups. Maintain facilities in accordance with state and local safety and code requirements Replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs and ballasts. Checking water treatment systems for proper operation. Checking on freezer, HVAC, and broiler for proper operation. Indoor and Outdoor work opportunities. Wide range of basic skill work opportunities. Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance. General maintenance background Must hold a valid Driver License Ability to use various hand and power tools on a regular basis to perform daily functions of the job.
