Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between third party
warehousing and distribution companies and Nestl Purina employees
for warehousing, kitting and distribution of Nestl Purina items.
You will work with internal customers to create, update and order
form numbered and other printed items.Manage the partnership
between third-party warehousing and distribution companies and
Nestl Purina by maintaining accurate system data, running reports
and dealing with exceptions/problemsReceive, process, and reconcile
monthly invoices from third-party warehouseMaintain form number
database and SharePoint siteCollaborate with internal customers to
create and update form numbered and other printed itemsOrchestrate
the donation of leftover material and pet products to shelters and
other local organizationsAssist with Print Services' yearly
physical inventory/cycle countsRequirementsHigh school diploma or
GED equivalent2+ years of experience with inventory management2+
years of customer service experienceOtherBachelor s degree in
Communications or Graphic Design is preferred2+ years of experience
in a print services role is preferred1+ years of experience with
inventory and/or print management systems is preferredThe
approximate pay range for this position is $33,000.00 to
$48,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith
estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic
