Position Highlights - Full-time, employed Urology position - Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient - Established referral base within a large primary care network - Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units - State-of-the-art facilities and technology - Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings - Opportunities for leadership involvement - Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students - Clinical research opportunities available Schedule & Call - 40-hour workweek - Call requirement: 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts) - Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift Compensation & Incentives - Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee - Quality bonus: 5% annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals - APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised - Sign-on bonus: $50,000 - Additional income through clinical research participation Benefits Package - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage - Disability, salary continuance, and life insurance - Health and dependent care spending accounts - Multiple retirement plans (401(k) and 457(b)); Roth and traditional options with in-plan conversions - Employer contribution to deferred compensation plan - CME: 5 days annually with $3,500 stipend - Additional $1,000/year CME funds for technology - Licensing, DEA, and board certification/maintenance fees covered - Cell phone stipend - Computer allowance - Medical malpractice insurance provided - Mileage reimbursement - Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology - Eligible for Illinois medical licensure - Open to experienced physicians and new graduates - J-1 Visa sponsorship available Additional Highlights - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) - Collaborative, physician-led culture - Strong emphasis on quality outcomes and patient-centered care PandoLogic.
